1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 hours. We offer fast shipping, and you can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

3. DAMAGES & LIABILITY

 

SINAI GROUP LIMITED is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@adarify.com or SinaiGrouplimited@outlook.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


 

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your location and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. RETURN & WARRANTY SUMMARY

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You can return your furniture within 30 days of delivery if it does not meet your expectations. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • 2-Year Comprehensive Warranty: Every piece is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, material wear, and accidental damage (e.g., water stains). We will repair or replace the item free of charge.
