1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

2. 2-YEAR COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY

At Privee Collection, we stand behind the quality of our furniture. Every purchase is covered by a 2-year comprehensive warranty. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Material wear.

  • Accidental damage—including water stains or spills.

If your product is damaged during this period, please reach out to our support team with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a repair or replacement immediately.

3. REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
